เงื่อนไขการใช้งาน

1. การยอมรับเงื่อนไข

การใช้แอปนี้ถือว่าคุณยอมรับเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้ หากไม่ยอมรับ กรุณาหยุดใช้งานและลบแอปออก

2. บริการที่ให้

แอปนี้ใช้ AI สร้างภาพจำลองว่าคุณใส่เสื้อผ้าที่เลือกแล้วจะเป็นอย่างไร ภาพที่ได้เป็นภาพที่สร้างขึ้นด้วย AI เป็นการประมาณเท่านั้น อาจต่างจากการใส่จริง ไม่ใช่ภาพถ่ายจริง และไม่ใช่คำรับประกันเรื่องขนาดหรือความพอดีของเสื้อผ้า

3. สิ่งที่คุณต้องรับผิดชอบ

• อัปโหลดเฉพาะรูปที่คุณมีสิทธิ์ใช้ — รูปตัวเอง หรือรูปของผู้ที่ยินยอมแล้ว
• ห้ามอัปโหลดรูปเปลือย ภาพลามก ภาพความรุนแรง หรือเนื้อหาผิดกฎหมาย
• ห้ามใช้แอปสร้างภาพเพื่อคุกคาม ทำให้เสียชื่อเสียง หรือหลอกลวงผู้อื่น
• ห้ามใช้แอปในทางที่ผิดกฎหมาย หรือละเมิดสิทธิ์ของผู้อื่น

เราอาจระงับหรือปิดบัญชีที่ละเมิดข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้

4. เครดิตและการชำระเงิน

• การสร้างภาพแต่ละชิ้นใช้เครดิต ซื้อเครดิตได้ผ่าน App Store / Google Play เท่านั้น
• เครดิตเป็นสินค้าแบบใช้แล้วหมดไป (consumable) ใช้ได้เฉพาะในแอปนี้ ไม่สามารถโอน แลก หรือขอคืนเป็นเงินสดได้
• การขอคืนเงินเป็นไปตามนโยบายของ Apple App Store หรือ Google Play ซึ่งเป็นผู้รับชำระเงิน
• หากลบบัญชี เครดิตที่เหลืออยู่จะหายไปและไม่ได้รับเงินคืน
• ราคาและจำนวนเครดิตต่อแพ็กอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ในอนาคต โดยไม่กระทบเครดิตที่ซื้อไปแล้ว

5. สิทธิ์ในภาพ

รูปที่คุณอัปโหลดยังเป็นของคุณ ภาพผลลัพธ์ที่ AI สร้างขึ้นคุณนำไปใช้ส่วนตัวได้ ส่วนเสื้อผ้า แบรนด์ และโลโก้ที่ปรากฏยังเป็นทรัพย์สินของเจ้าของนั้น ๆ

6. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

แอปให้บริการ “ตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่” เราไม่รับประกันว่าบริการจะไม่มีข้อผิดพลาดหรือใช้งานได้ตลอดเวลา และไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายที่เกิดจากการใช้ภาพที่สร้างขึ้น ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าหรือกรณีอื่น

7. การเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข

เราอาจแก้ไขเงื่อนไขนี้ได้ และจะอัปเดตวันที่ด้านบน การใช้งานต่อหลังการแก้ไขถือว่ายอมรับเงื่อนไขใหม่

1. Acceptance

By using this app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the app and delete it.

2. The service

This app uses AI to show how selected clothing might look on you. Results are AI-generated approximations — they may differ from reality, are not real photographs, and are not a guarantee of size or fit.

3. Your responsibilities

• Upload only photos you have the right to use — your own, or of people who have agreed.
• Do not upload nudity, sexual, violent or illegal content.
• Do not use the app to harass, defame or deceive anyone.
• Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose or in breach of anyone's rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

4. Credits and payments

• Each generated image costs credits. Credits are sold only through the App Store / Google Play.
• Credits are consumable items. They work only inside this app and cannot be transferred, exchanged or cashed out.
• Refunds are handled under Apple App Store or Google Play policy, as they process the payment.
• If you delete your account, any remaining credits are forfeited and are not refundable.
• Prices and pack sizes may change in future; credits already purchased are unaffected.

5. Rights in images

Photos you upload remain yours. You may use the AI-generated results for personal purposes. Clothing, brands and logos that appear remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be error-free or always available, and we are not liable for losses arising from use of the generated images, including purchasing decisions.

7. Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
