1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

• รูปภาพที่คุณอัปโหลด — รูปตัวคุณ (ซึ่งโดยปกติจะมีใบหน้าและร่างกายของคุณอยู่ในภาพ) และรูปเสื้อผ้า ใช้เพื่อสร้างภาพลองชุดเท่านั้น
• ภาพผลลัพธ์ — เก็บไว้ในบัญชีของคุณเพื่อให้ดูย้อนหลังได้
• รหัสบัญชีแบบไม่ระบุตัวตน — เลขสุ่มที่สร้างขึ้นอัตโนมัติ เราไม่ขอชื่อ อีเมล หรือเบอร์โทร
• ยอดเครดิตและประวัติการซื้อ — รหัสธุรกรรมจาก App Store / Google Play (เราไม่เห็นข้อมูลบัตรของคุณ)
• ข้อมูลการใช้งานและรายงานข้อขัดข้อง — ผ่าน Firebase Analytics และ Crashlytics เพื่อแก้บั๊กและปรับปรุงแอป

เราไม่เก็บตำแหน่งที่อยู่ รายชื่อผู้ติดต่อ ไมโครโฟน หรือข้อมูลสุขภาพ

2. ข้อมูลใบหน้า (Face Data)

2.1 ข้อมูลใบหน้าที่เราเก็บ

ข้อมูลใบหน้าอย่างเดียวที่แอปนี้เก็บ คือ ภาพถ่ายธรรมดาที่คุณเลือกอัปโหลดเอง ซึ่งอาจมีใบหน้าของคุณปรากฏอยู่ในภาพ เท่านั้น

เราขอระบุอย่างชัดเจนว่า แอปนี้ ไม่ ทำสิ่งต่อไปนี้:

• ไม่ สร้าง สกัด หรือจัดเก็บข้อมูลชีวมาตรจากใบหน้า (faceprint / face template / facial geometry)
• ไม่ ใช้การจำแนกหรือระบุตัวบุคคลจากใบหน้า (face recognition / identification) และไม่นำใบหน้าของคุณไปเทียบกับฐานข้อมูลใด ๆ
• ไม่ ใช้ ARKit Face Tracking, TrueDepth Camera, Face ID หรือ API ตรวจจับใบหน้าเชิงลึกของ Apple
• ไม่ วิเคราะห์อารมณ์ อายุ เพศ เชื้อชาติ หรือคุณลักษณะใด ๆ จากใบหน้าของคุณ

ใบหน้าในภาพเป็นเพียงส่วนหนึ่งของรูปถ่ายที่ระบบ AI ต้องคงไว้ให้เหมือนเดิม เพื่อให้ผลลัพธ์ยังเป็นตัวคุณ โดยเปลี่ยนเฉพาะเสื้อผ้าเท่านั้น

2.2 การใช้งาน

ภาพที่มีใบหน้าของคุณถูกใช้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์เดียวเท่านั้น คือ การสร้างภาพลองชุดตามที่คุณสั่ง เราไม่ใช้ภาพเพื่อโฆษณา ไม่ใช้เพื่อสร้างโปรไฟล์ผู้ใช้ ไม่ขาย ไม่ให้เช่า และไม่นำไปฝึกโมเดล AI ทั้งของเราเองและของผู้ให้บริการภายนอก

2.3 การส่งต่อให้บุคคลที่สาม

ภาพที่มีใบหน้าของคุณถูกส่งต่อให้บุคคลที่สามเพียง 2 รายเท่านั้น:

เราไม่ส่งภาพของคุณให้บุคคลอื่นใดนอกจากนี้ ไม่มีเครือข่ายโฆษณา ไม่มีนายหน้าข้อมูล (data broker)

เราทำข้อตกลงกับผู้ให้บริการทั้งสองราย ซึ่งกำหนดให้ต้องคุ้มครองภาพของคุณในระดับเดียวกันหรือเทียบเท่ากับนโยบายฉบับนี้ ประมวลผลตามคำสั่งของเราเท่านั้น และห้ามนำไปใช้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ของตนเอง

2.4 การจัดเก็บ

• บนเครื่องของคุณ — รูปที่เลือกและลุคที่สร้างเสร็จ
• Google Firebase Cloud Storage — ภายใต้เส้นทาง looks/{รหัสบัญชีของคุณ}/ ตั้งค่าสิทธิ์ให้เจ้าของบัญชีเข้าถึงได้เท่านั้น ไม่มี URL สาธารณะ ผู้ใช้รายอื่นเข้าถึงไม่ได้
• ระบบของ FASHN — เฉพาะระหว่างการประมวลผลคำสั่งนั้น ๆ

2.5 ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษาและการลบ

• FASHN เก็บภาพไว้เท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการประมวลผลคำสั่งนั้น แล้วลบทิ้ง ไม่ใช้เพื่อฝึกโมเดล และไม่เก็บไว้ใช้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์อื่น
• ในบัญชีของคุณ ภาพจะถูกเก็บไว้จนกว่าคุณจะลบเอง เราไม่มีกำหนดเวลาบังคับลบ เพราะภาพเหล่านั้นคือคลังลุคของคุณ
• ลบลุคทีละรายการได้จากหน้า Dressing Room — ทั้งภาพผลลัพธ์และรูปต้นฉบับจะถูกลบทันที
• ลบทั้งหมดถาวรได้ที่ ตั้งค่า → ลบบัญชี — บัญชี ลุค รูปทั้งหมด ยอดเครดิต และประวัติจะถูกลบทันทีและกู้คืนไม่ได้

ข้อมูลการใช้งานและรายงานข้อขัดข้องถูกประมวลผลผ่าน Firebase Analytics และ Crashlytics เพื่อแก้บั๊กและปรับปรุงแอป ข้อมูลการซื้อได้รับมาจาก App Store / Google Play เพื่อเพิ่มเครดิตให้บัญชีของคุณ

เราไม่ขาย ไม่ให้เช่าข้อมูลของคุณ และไม่ใช้ข้อมูลของคุณเพื่อโฆษณา

4. ใครเห็นรูปของคุณได้บ้าง

รูปและลุคทั้งหมดผูกกับบัญชีของคุณและตั้งค่าเป็นส่วนตัว ผู้ใช้คนอื่นเข้าถึงไม่ได้ ภาพจะถูกแชร์ก็ต่อเมื่อคุณกดแชร์ออกไปเองเท่านั้น

5. การเก็บรักษาและการลบข้อมูล

• ลบลุคทีละรายการได้จากหน้า Dressing Room
• ลบบัญชีและข้อมูลทั้งหมดถาวร ได้ที่ ตั้งค่า → ลบบัญชี — บัญชี ลุค ยอดเครดิต และประวัติจะถูกลบทันที และกู้คืนไม่ได้

บันทึกธุรกรรมการซื้อจะถูกเก็บต่อไปโดยตัดรหัสผู้ใช้ออก (ไม่ระบุตัวตนแล้ว) เพื่อป้องกันการใช้ใบเสร็จซ้ำและเพื่อหน้าที่ทางบัญชี

6. รูปของบุคคลอื่น

กรุณาอัปโหลดเฉพาะรูปของตัวคุณเอง หรือรูปของผู้ที่ยินยอมให้คุณใช้แล้วเท่านั้น ห้ามใช้แอปนี้สร้างภาพของผู้อื่นโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

7. เด็กและเยาวชน

แอปนี้ไม่ได้มุ่งเป้าไปที่เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี และเราไม่ได้ตั้งใจเก็บข้อมูลจากเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี

8. สิทธิของคุณ

คุณมีสิทธิเข้าถึง แก้ไข และลบข้อมูลของคุณ รวมถึงถอนความยินยอมการประมวลผลด้วย AI ซึ่งทำได้เองทั้งหมดในแอป หรือจะติดต่อเราก็ได้

1. What we collect

• Photos you upload — a photo of yourself (which normally contains your face and body) and garment photos, used only to generate try-on images.
• Generated results — stored in your account so you can view them later.
• An anonymous account id — a randomly generated number. We never ask for your name, email or phone number.
• Credit balance and purchase records — transaction ids from the App Store / Google Play. We never see your payment card details.
• Usage and crash data — via Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics, to fix bugs and improve the app.

We do not collect location, contacts, microphone or health data.

2. Face data

2.1 What face data we collect

The only face data this app collects is the ordinary photographs you choose to upload yourself, which may show your face.

To be explicit, this app does not:

• not create, extract or store any facial biometric data (no faceprint, face template or facial geometry);
• not perform face recognition or identification, and never matches your face against any database;
• not use ARKit Face Tracking, the TrueDepth camera, Face ID or any of Apple's depth face-detection APIs;
• not infer emotion, age, gender, ethnicity or any other attribute from your face.

The face in the image is simply the part of the photograph the AI has to keep unchanged, so that the result still looks like you and only the clothing changes.

2.2 How it is used

Photos containing your face are used for one purpose only: generating the try-on image you asked for. They are not used for advertising, not used to build a user profile, never sold or rented, and never used to train AI models — ours or any third party's.

2.3 Sharing with third parties

Photos containing your face are shared with exactly two third parties:

Your photos are shared with nobody else. No ad networks, no data brokers.

We have agreements in place with both providers requiring them to protect your images to the same or an equal standard as set out in this policy, to process them only on our instructions, and not to use them for their own purposes.

2.4 Where it is stored

• On your device — the photos you pick and the looks you create.
• Google Firebase Cloud Storage — under looks/{your account id}/, with owner-only access rules. There is no public URL and no other user can reach them.
• FASHN's systems — only for the duration of that generation request.

2.5 How long it is retained, and deletion

• FASHN keeps the images only as long as the generation request needs, then deletes them. They are not used for training and not retained for any other purpose.
• In your account, images stay until you delete them. We impose no forced expiry, because those images are your own wardrobe of looks.
• Delete looks one at a time from the Dressing Room — both the result and the original photo are removed immediately.
• Delete everything permanently at Settings → Delete Account — the account, all looks, all photos, the credit balance and history are removed immediately and cannot be recovered.

3. Other uses and sharing

Usage and crash data is processed through Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to fix bugs and improve the app. Purchase data comes from the App Store / Google Play so we can add credits to your account.

We do not sell or rent your data, and do not use your data for advertising.

4. Who can see your photos

Every photo and look is tied to your account and is private — other users cannot access them. An image is only shared if you choose to share it yourself.

5. Retention and deletion

• Delete individual looks from the Dressing Room.
• Permanently delete your account and all data at Settings → Delete Account — account, looks, credit balance and history are removed immediately and cannot be recovered.

Purchase records are kept with the user id stripped out (no longer identifying anyone), to prevent a receipt being redeemed twice and to meet accounting obligations.

6. Photos of other people

Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed to it. Do not use this app to create images of anyone without their permission.

7. Children

This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Your rights

You can access, correct and delete your data, and withdraw your consent to AI processing — all of it directly in the app, or by contacting us.
